“At first, I want to clarify one thing that this post is very genuine and true.i will write what I have experienced only.we have been to Munnar, Kerala last week and chose to stay in Amber Dale hotels in Munnar hills. Food is awesome, cleanliness is excellent, house keeping is very prompt and above all the behaviour of staffs are extraordinarily good. Everyone is ready to help and very aware of our needs even before we speak it out. We have paid for the hotel,but they have made us feel that we are not their professional guest but real guest of their home. “The stay was very special . The staff made it very much special and memorable for me. We booked a jacuzzi room with a big balcony in it. We could see the sun rising behind the mountains directly from our balcony’ door. Evening were so beautiful from the balcony that we could sit there for hours sipping coffee and chit chatting. The staff was the so polite and co operative. They were very soft spoken. With the beautiful hotel property the staff there is USP of this hotel. Being a five star property they still attended every guest with love and respect and gave enough time to each guest. Just loved the place. The chef use to serve us food with different cooking style. Each time he gave us something unique to eat. Made us try typical Keralite food. We loved the way he served the food with love.
