The nearest Railway Station in Kerala is Aluva (120 km) and Coimbatore (160 km) in Tamil Nadu. The major bus operator on this route is KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) and there are several local route public transits available.

The right time to visit

The park was closed during the pandemic crisis but was soon open to the public. Due to the calving season of the Tahrs the park is closed. However, it will be open to visitors from April 1, 2022. The park is open on all week days from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The months of April- May is often considered to the best tourists seasons of Munnar as so in Rajamala.
